Baillotte is a place of life located in the heart of the Saint-Germain-des-Prés district in Paris. Open for lunch from Tuesday to Sunday and in the evening from Tuesday to Saturday. We were keen to build our restaurant entirely out of natural materials (limestone, ceramic, granite, solid wood, leather).

Our chef, Satoshi AMITSU (Georges Blanc), offers you healthy and contemporary French cuisine based on fresh products from our regions, wild fish from our coasts or well-bred French meats. On the wine side, an integral selection in kind, biodynamic, organic proposed by our sommelier Thomas Legrand.
